Schedule for postings and responses:
For graded online discussions: The course facilitator’s prompts will be posted on Sunday evenings. You are expected to respond by 9:00 p.m. (CT) on Wednesday evenings. You will earn up to 4 points for your initial posting.

You are required to post responses to at least two classmates or mentors some time between Wednesday evening and Sunday evening at 9:00 p.m. (CT). You will earn up to three points for each response to a classmate.

There are a total of 10 possible points for each of 9 online discussions for a total of 90 possible points over the course of the semester. The Final Reflection will also be conducted as an online discussion.

The student’s response shows thinking. It goes beyond restating the obvious and includes personal insights and/or experiences. The comment invites dialogue by ending with a question or in some way provokes discussion.
